January Monotone Palette

I love color but the January palette of brown, grey, beige and white is beautiful too:

My husband's Christmas gift to me!

Photos taken with my new iPhone 4S - January Monotone Palette around my home:

Art in the January monotone palette:

The following three images below are from my personal collection of vintage books. The first is the cover of an old book, Frisk and His Flock, the other two are titled "Ben and Maggie" and "The Snow Man".

They are free to download and you may use them in your art only, but please do NOT use them for Sale on a Collage Sheet or a CD.

If you use these images below for any personal art or art projects for sale, please, make a reference back to me here at my altered heART works blog January Monotone Palette. Thanks!

If you use them for your art I would love to see what you make. :-)

Even though the ground is frozen and covered with snow, I'm planning my garden for this year -- going through seeds I saved from last year's garden and getting ready to order my new seeds. Has anyone else started planning their garden?

  1. DeeJae,
I have started planning, and I'm also organizing my seeds saved from last year. We will be making a move this year, and thank goodness it's to a little bit warmer climate, so hoping it won't be too late to plant!
    Enjoyed the beautiful pictures!
    Have a blessed day~

Thanks! You're moving this year to a warmer climate - sounds wonderful!

I finally decided on which Tomato seeds to order because I didn't save any from last year.

      Blessings!
