Wow, Deb! What a site on your street with all the water. You must be somewhere near the Mississippi to have so much water. How's your house doing? Got your email. I've been enjoying Christy Tomlinson's first week of classes, but she gives soooo much I know I will not keep up. She is so worth the price. I usually don't do "pay for" classes, but decided because Mardi reccommeded it. Thanks for visiting my blog. This is not my first time here, but if I"m not following, I will do so after I finish this comment. Bless your day today and your Sunday. May God give you the joy of His presence. Coleen in Ukraine
Thanks for stopping by. We're in northern Indiana a ways from the Mississippi but the weather fronts and air currents have been moving more rain in our area the past week or so. The ground is saturated and our street corner has slow drains and it usually backs up like this at least once a season, some times more. So far our house is ok which I am very thankful for. I'm so glad the rain let up today though and we've had a sunny day, the first is a long time.
I definitely want to hear more about Christy Tomlinson's classes and I really look forward to seeing more of your journal art as you go through her class. :-) I hope she offers it again in August so I can take it then.
Deb, it has been so rainy here in Missouri, too...I am ready for the sun!
So glad I found you through the “All Kinds of Artists” Artist blog hop! I am your newest blog follower. :) Looking forward to seeing your upcoming posts!
I welcome you to check out my art blog, too!

Thanks so much for stopping in and introducing yourself. :-) The blog hop has been such a great way to view other artist's work and get to meet new artists. I hope to look into your blog too.
We have now jumped from winter to July weather. It's in the high 80's with heat index into 90's but hopefully that will dry up some of the moisture around here and other places in the country.
